Our Goal
Big Play Sports Performance was founded in October of 2010 by Terrence “Coach T’ Butler with the goal of providing a premier space for development of youth to high school athletes in the Oklahoma City metro area. The mission of Big Play Sports Performance is to facilitate advanced development of athletes through skills training, education and relationships. BPSP fosters an environment committed to the athlete whose training, dedicated and hard work produces the desired outcome as we strives to develop young athletes and leaders through the shared love of baseball & softball.

The goal of Big Play Sports Performance is to develop highly skilled athletes in a private environment bringing together dedicated, skilled and passionate baseball & softball players who have a love for the game. BPSP offers our athletes specifically designed programs that facilitate growth towards long-term goals, and short-term goals. BPSP provides a comprehensive and personalized athletic development in key area such as hitting, pitching and catching. Coach T’s love for teaching and his passion for developing elite baseball and softball players not only resonates on the field with the performance of our athletes but also in the real world as we are devoted to the development of quality young men and women on and off the field.
